A resistance class using barbells and hand weights to increase strength and condition and tone muscles. This class contains minimum choreography, is low impact, and is ideal way for both men and women, to enjoy using weights in their fitness regime.
All round exercise class combining high and low impact exercise. It contains cardio interval based training with muscular conditioning elements – a great way to improve stamina and strength.

Controlled exercises using a Swiss ball – focusing on core muscles to improve strength and posture.
A class comprinsing three parts – an aerobic warm up (20 mins)/ body conditioning (20 mins)/ core strength and stretch (20 mins). All all round workout.
Designed to challenge muscular and cardiovascular fitness. The class combines high and low impact, using equipment as wel as body weight to increase muscular strength and condition.
Dance & Conditioning
This class uses contemporary aerobic dance music and routines to warm up and work out, combined with a while body conditioning.
Awareness through movement: This is one of the most effective methods in the field of movement, enabling you to become aware of your habits. You learn to be comfortable, efficient and graceful with less effort strain or pain.
Slow controlled exercises aimed at strengthening postural muscles and realigning the body. Improves strength, mobility, alignment and changes your body shape without the sweat.
An excellent way to develop strength, flexibility, concentration and co-ordination. The classes are taught by a varied group of skilled instructors, encouraging a balance between effort and relaxation.
These sessions have been specifically designed for the older adult, to help maintain and improve general fitness and strength as well as co-ordination. A range of exercise techniques are offered, including dance, Exercise to Music, Yoga and Pilates.
